Retail Store Manager - Full-time - Chatswood
We are looking for a talented Retail Store Manager to lead our existing retail team and be part of our exciting new store opening in Chatswood. The role involves providing excellent customer service, motivating a small retail team, managing inventory, assisting with visual merchandising displays, driving sales and loyalty, and training staff.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a retail store manager (or 3-5 years experience in luxury retail sales)
- Natural ability to lead and motivate a small team
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- A warm and kind nature
- Knowledge of natural ingredients and products
- Strong attention to detail
- Visual merchandising experience - ideal
