Where does Bondi Wash ship?

Bondi Wash currently ships within Australia and to most countries internationally. We are not currently shipping to Canada or The United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is $10 per order and free for orders OVER $40 (AFTER any discount code is applied).  All orders are sent via Startrack express from our Melbourne warehouse. Express shipping is currently not available however our shipping times are generally very quick to major capital cities. You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.  Please ensure the correct box is checked if you require a signature on delivery.

Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $25 and free for orders over $100 (AFTER any discount code is applied).  

International orders are flat rate $60 for a maximum order weight of 10kg.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Due to staffing shortages across the board, our warehouse may take 2 days to pack orders and shipping may take longer than it ordinarily does. Apologies for this - we are doing our best in difficult circumstances.

Australian orders typically leave our warehouse within 2 business days of being placed. Once orders leave our warehouse, they will take up to 3-7 business days to arrive. Regional areas may experience longer delivery times. Your patience is appreciated if delivery problems occur.  Tracking numbers will be emailed once parcels have left our warehouse and deliveries can be tracked via Australia post or Startrack websites.

International orders are unpredictable however you can find estimated times via the Australia post website.  Currently we choose the express international option if it is available for your country.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.  All payments are secure.

Are your products flammable?

All products in the Bondi Wash range are not flammable, with the exception of the 100% essential oils.

Are you products safe for airline travel?

Yes, our products are not flammable (other than the pure essential oils) and not aerosol.

Can I have my parcel gift wrapped or a card included?

If gift packaging is required, we can package your order in one of our black boxes (if it is less than 3 500ml bottles in size) and a handwritten note can be added. Please email us (hello@bondiwash.com.au) as soon as your order is placed with any special details and we will do our best to accommodate.  Note these deliveries with special requests will be packed and sent from our retail store - not the warehouse - so packing and shipping times may be different.

What happens if I need my delivery urgently? 

If you need your order before a certain date contact us to confirm exact delivery times.

What if I would like a refund? 

We will happily refund your order if you would like to return the goods for some reason.  Please send the products to 76 Gould St, Bondi, NSW, 2026 and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged.  We do not cover return shipping costs.

What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?

Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order.  If you think the address may not be correct, do email us immediately and we will do our best to assist. However once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we will issue a refund less shipping and handling costs ($15 for Australian orders).

What if I would like to exchange for a different product?

We will happily exchange your order for something else.  Please send the products to 76 Gould St, Bondi, NSW, 2026 and let us know via email what you would like instead.  Products must be unused and returned to us undamaged. We do not cover the additional shipping costs.
