Native Drinking: Southside Spritz
A dry gin cocktail that makes the perfect accompaniment to weekend afternoons - featuring Brookie's Dry Gin, lime juice and mint leaves.
Garnish: Mint Sprig & Dried Lime Wheel
45ml Brookie’s Dry Gin
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
6-8x Mint Leaves
In a shaker, muddle the lime juice and sugar syrup together.
Add Brookie’s Dry Gin, the mint leaves, soda water and half fill the shaker with ice.
Shake hard for at least 30 seconds.
Double strain & pour the lot into a tall glass.
Garnish drink with dried lime wheel and mint sprig.
