If we can’t create a product that’s effective and natural we won’t release it.
All our products are 99-100% derived from nature. Our products contain active Australian ingredients like wattleseed oil, lilly pilly extract and banksia seed oil that bring unique and powerful properties to the skin and hair.
BOTANICALS
BONDI WASH fragrances have been designed like a perfume, starting with a beautiful Australian native botanical.
Other scents from Australia and around the world are then combined to include top notes, middle notes and base notes. All scents are completely plant-derived. We never use synthetic fragrance.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Online orders are packed and despatched within 48 hours and shipped via Startrack Express. Once orders leave our warehouse, they will take up to 3-7 business days to arrive.
International packages are sent via Australia Post International Express Shipping. Delivery times to destinations can be found via their website here.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Afterpay is available for retail customers only. All payments are secure. Payments and orders can also be arranged via our retail store over the phone (02 8018 9883).
What if I would like a refund?
We will happily refund your order. Please send the products to 396 Oxford Street, Paddington, NSW, 2021 with a copy of your order number and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged. We do not cover return shipping costs.
