How are the gifts packaged?

Each gift arrives in a beautifully decorated Bondi Wash box, lined with black tissue paper. Personalised gift cards can be included with each gift, or sent digitally — whichever suits.

Can I choose from existing gift sets or customise my own?

All corporate gifts are customised to your brief. We'll work with you to put together something considered.

Do you offer a discount on corporate orders?

Special pricing is available depending on quantity.

Is there a minimum spending requirement?

Yes — corporate orders start from $400 AUD. Please reach out for smaller bespoke orders.

Do you offer international shipping for corporate orders?

Corporate gifting is currently available within Australia only.

How much notice do you need for a corporate order?

Lead times vary depending on order size. To be safe, we recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance.

During busier periods — holiday season and sale periods — we ask for a minimum of three weeks notice. If you're working to a specific date, get in touch early and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What payment options are available for corporate orders?

We accept payment via credit card, debit card or by bank transfer.

Can gifts be shipped to multiple addresses?

Yes — we can ship to multiple addresses within the same order.

Can we include our own company branding?

At this stage, we're unable to add custom branding to our gift boxes or printed cards. Company branding can be included on digital gift cards.
