Bottle Bracket: Screw the bracket to the wall using the included screws and wall plugs or the 3M tape in dry areas. Then, remove the pump from the bottle, place the bottle in the bracket, and reinsert the pump from the top.

Hand Wash: Pump a small amount, lather and rinse thoroughly with warm water to clean your hands. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Body Wash: Pump a small amount onto hands or sponge, lather over damp skin and rinse to wash your body. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Cleansing Shampoo:Pour the desired amount (use more for longer hair) and massage gently into the scalp, concentrating on the roots of the hair. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if desired. Natural shampoos are always low-foaming.

Cleansing Conditioner: Massage a generous amount into hair, concentrating on mid lengths and ends. Leave for one minute and rinse, or leave for 30 minutes for a deep conditioning treatment.
