NATIVE FOOD MONTH: ESPRESSO MARTINI

INGREDIENTS

30mL Vodka

1 shot espresso

20mL sugar syrup

1 tsp wattleseed extract 

METHOD

Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 30-60 seconds. Pour into a martini glass and enjoy!
