We are looking for a talented Retail Store Manager & Customer Service Specialist to lead our existing retail team at our flagship location at Bondi Beach and support our customer service team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, motivating a small retail team, managing inventory, assisting with visual merchandising displays, driving sales and loyalty, and training staff.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous management experience within a retail or customer service environment.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven ability to build lasting customer relationships and achieve results.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- A passion for visual merchandising and premium retail presentation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Sound commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving business performance.
- A genuine enthusiasm for natural products, customer experience and representing a premium Australian brand.
