To Use

In diffusers, use 5-10 drops in 100ml of water. For massage, use 3-6 drops in 12ml of carrier oil. In bath, use 5-10 drops in a standard size bath.

Very uplifting and fresh.

I love the Sydney Peppermint and Rosemary essential oil. Very uplifting and fresh. I used it everyday in my oil burner during our first covid lockdown. I need more now to get us through this second lockdown 🥴
