We are looking for a talented Retail Store Manager to lead our existing retail team and be part of our exciting new store opening in Chatswood. The role involves providing excellent customer service, motivating a small retail team, managing inventory, assisting with visual merchandising displays, driving sales and loyalty, and training staff.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a retail store manager (or 3-5 years experience in luxury retail sales)
• Natural ability to lead and motivate a small team
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• A warm and kind nature
• Knowledge of natural ingredients and products
• Strong attention to detail
• Visual merchandising experience - ideal
