We are seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to support our PR & Sales Manager in driving public relations and retail marketing initiatives, further enhancing the Bondi Wash brand's visibility, reputation, and presence in the retail space. Key Responsibilities: 

• Support PR Strategy & Campaigns: 
  • Assist the PR Manager in the execution of PR strategies to promote Bondi Wash across a variety of channels. 
  • Help coordinate media outreach, press releases, and media kits for product launches, special collections, and brand announcements. 
  • Track media coverage and compile press clippings to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement. 
  • Coordinate partnerships with similar-minded businesses. 
• B2B Marketing Support: 
  • Collaborate with the PR & Sales Manager and retail partners to execute marketing initiatives that drive in-store traffic, online engagement, and sales. 
  • Assist in the planning and execution of retail campaigns, including point-of-sale materials, retail displays, and promotional activities. 
  • Work closely with retail partners to ensure consistent messaging and successful implementation of marketing campaigns in both online and brick-and-mortar stores. 
• Event Planning & Coordination: 
  • Assist in organising and executing events, such as product launches, influencer activations, and retail partnerships, ensuring they align with Bondi Wash’s brand identity. 
  • Support the coordination of influencer partnerships and media events to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement. 
• Administrative Support: 
  • Provide day-to-day support for the marketing team, including maintaining marketing calendars, organizing documents, and assisting with project management. 
  • Help manage budgets and ensure that marketing activities are executed within the allocated spend. 

 

Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. 
• Experience:  
  • 2+ years of experience in PR, retail marketing, or a similar marketing role. 
  • Experience in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries is a plus. 
  • Prior experience working with media outlets, influencers, and retail partners is highly desirable. 
• Skills & Knowledge:  
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences. 
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as familiarity with marketing tools and social media platforms. 
  • Experience with retail marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, product launches, and point-of-sale materials. 
  • Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for content creation and engagement. 
  • A keen interest in sustainability, eco-friendly products, and the values that Bondi Wash represents.
